DO-160은 항공장비, 특히 항공전자기기에 대한 환경 조건 및 시험절차를 일컫는 명칭입니다.  
DO-160은 TRCA에 의해 발행되고 있습니다.

 1) 순서
a) Precondition, Damp heat, steady state, 3 days
b) Handling (first drop test)

Test a) is performed according to ASTM D4332 - 01(2006) Standard Practice for Conditioning Containers, Packages, or Packaging Components for Testing
Tests b) to g) is performed according to ASTM D 4169-09 (Standard Practice for Performance Testing of Shipping Containers and Systems).
After each of the exposures b) to h), a visual inspection of the outside part of the package(es) followed by a brief function check (max. 5 – 10 min in total) is performed:

1.1 a) Precondition, Damp heat, steady state, 3 days
40°C / 93 %RH, 3 days

1.2 b) Handling (first drop test)
ASTM D4169–09, Standard Practice for Performance Testing of Shipping Containers and Systems, Distribution cycle 13, Schedule A, Assurance level 1.

6 falls on steel concrete performed within 10 min. after preconditioning, i.e. “wet” packages.

1.3 c) Vehicle stacking test

Ref. ASTM D642-00(2010). The test is also performed within 10 min. after preconditioning,

1.4 d) Loose load vibration test

1 h total: 30 min. in vertical direction, 6 min. in each of the 5 remaining directions.
The test specimens are placed loose on the vibrator table during the exposure

1.5 e) Vehicle vibration test

Bursting Strength of paper는 종이의 찢김을 시험하는 것이며 본 시험은
쉽고 저렴한 편입니다.


이 시험은 두께 0.6mm (0.025인치) 이내의 시편(종이)을 사용하여 30kPa 부터 1400kPa의 압력을 가하는 시험입니다.  

ASTM D 774/D 774M의 시험시료 규격은 최소 20개 X  64 mm X 64 mm (2.5 by 2.5 in.)입니다. 


1.1 This test method covers measurements of the bursting strength of paper and paper products occurring as single or laminated flat sheets not over 0.6 mm [0.025 in.] in thickness having a bursting strength of 30 kPa up to 1400 kPa [4 psi up to 200 psi]. 1.2 This test method is not intended for use in testing corrugated boxboard, liner board, or hardboards that tend to cut the thin rubber diaphragm. NOTE 1—Similar procedures for making bursting strength measurements are found in ISO 2758 and TAPPI 403. 1.3 The values stated in either SI units or in other units shall be regarded separately as standard. The values stated in each system may not be exact equivalents; therefore, each system must be used independently of the other, without combining values in any way. 1.4 This standard does not purport to address all of the safety concerns, if any, associated with its use. It is the responsibility of the user of this standard to establish appropriate safety and health practices and determine the applicability of regulatory limitations prior to use.

VCI Resin / VCI Film Test

Volatile corrosion inhibitors (VCI) are a type of corrosion inhibitor used to protect ferrous materials against corrosion where it is impractical to apply surface treatments. They slowly release compounds within a sealed airspace that actively prevent surface corrosion. A typical application is to protect stored tools or parts inside bags, boxes or cupboards, one advantage of VCIs being that if the container is opened and reclosed, levels of inhibitor will recover.

VCI(기화성방청제)는 증기나 접촉 상태 모두에서 금속 표면 위의 부식을 막아주게 됩니다.
기화성 성분이 수면 위의 금속 표면으로 끌려와 산화작용에 반하는 분자막을 형성하여 가장 닿기 어려운 우묵한 부분까지도 보호를 해주는 물질입니다.
